One Day Pottery Special : Throwing intensive

This one day workshop is an opportunity to immerse yourself and improve your throwing. This workshop price includes all materials, a delicious lunch in the cafe, a hot drink and a slice of cake.

Your tutor will be Fran Sandover, Fran is our pottery manager and runs all the courses here at Outside.

This class is suitable for all abilities. If you would like to glaze and fire any pieces made on the day we charge a small £5 fee per item which can be paid for in the studio.

We supply aprons but please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty! This course is suitable for ages 14+ and each course is for a small group of four people. We will let you know with as much notice in advance of any changes to the date or time of any of the classes.

The day will start with a short, introduction to throwing and demonstration. After this you will be on the wheel until mid-day with a twenty-minute reset before lunch. Join us for lunch at 12.30 until 1.30, when we will head back into the studio to continue throwing until 4pm.

Cancellations

You have 14 days from booking this course in which to cancel and receive a full refund, if you have booked last minute and there are less than 14 days before the date of the class no refund of exchange will be offered, but you can transfer the booking to a person of your choice.
