SECOND CHEF Part time / Full time - Starting in April
We are looking for an experienced creative cook to support Charlie in the kitchen to deliver our daytime menu, Friday socials, catering for in-house events, feast nights, outdoor BBQs, pizzas and more.. You’ll be cooking with the beautiful farm veg grown on site as well as produce from high quality local suppliers to create fresh and interesting dishes.
We’re a small business with a close knit team, we’re looking for someone with a positive, can do attitude, who would be confident to lead service in the absence of the head chef and has a curiosity for sustainable kitchen practices and reducing waste.
You must be able to start April and commit long term to 24 hours a week minimum including weekends and some evenings, hours increasing to full time in the Summer. Whilst employed at Outside you'll also get a share of tips, a staff discount and skate bowl membership.
