FOH MANAGER Full time
We’re looking for an experienced FOH manager to join our team at Outside
You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of our cafe and event space, working closely with the kitchen and wider team to make sure service runs smoothly. You’ll manage the FOH team, staff rotas, stock management, training and general day-to-day organisation. The role will also cover Friday Socials, gigs, feasts and other in-house events throughout the year.
We’re a small business with a close knit team, we’re looking for someone positive, organised and hands-on, who’s confident leading service and will get stuck in wherever needed. Previous experience managing a team is essential and references will be required.
The role is a minimum of 30 hours a week, including weekends and some evenings, although we’re happy to discuss the right arrangement for the right person.
This is a PAYE position with paid holiday and all statutory benefits. Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed with candidates. You’ll also receive a share of tips and staff discount.

SECOND CHEF Part time
We’re looking for an experienced cook to support our head chef in the kitchen, delivering our daytime menu, Friday Socials, catering for in-house events, outdoor BBQs, pizzas and more. You’ll be cooking with beautiful farm veg grown on site, alongside produce from high-quality local suppliers, to create fresh and interesting dishes.
We’re a small business with a close-knit team, so we’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, a curiosity for sustainable kitchen practices and an interest in reducing waste. Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is essential, and you’ll need to be confident enough to lead service in the absence of the head chef. References will be required.
