Pizza Night with Hylsten Bakery

Hylsten are based in Buckfastleigh and use only stoneground UK flours, they work directly with farmers and millers with the aim of building resilient local food networks and grain economies.

Expect a showcase of beautiful regional produce; cheeses from the infamous Country Cheese and fresh biodynamic produce from the Apricot Centre. Their bases are naturally leavened and made using 100% U.K grown wheat - a blend of flours from Fresh Flour Co. and Shipton Mill.

The menu is strictly sharing style as we have a small kitchen, our pizzas will roll out as and when they are ready.

Sittings on the night will start at 6pm and run until 8.30pm, please book into your preferred time slot above.

Please note that due to the style of the menu we are unable to accommodate allergens.

We have a total of 100 seats available, your ticket includes the set sharing menu. Drinks are not included and we don't accept BYOB but we have a fully stocked bar and will be featuring some natural wines selected by Hylsten on the night too!

Cancellations

You have 14 days from booking this event in which to cancel and receive a full refund, if you have booked last minute and there are less than 14 days before the date of the event no refund or exchange will be offered, but you can transfer the booking to a person of your choice to take your place.
