Outside Devon • An eight week intermediate ceramics course in our new pottery studio at Outside in South Devon

Class Information

Tackle your bad habits and re-learn the building blocks of throwing through our in-depth back to basics course for intermediate potters.

Each week you will focus on one of eight main building blocks of pottery. Be prepared to unlearn and re-learn skills you thought you had under wraps. Focussing on things in-depth like; physics of throwing, posture, pulling up and a breakdown of centering, to really hone your pottery skills and advance your throwing. Finish the course with your work refined and perfected.

This course is suitable for those with comprehensive pottery experience.

This course will be held every Wednesday morning from 10am - 12.20pm. All class dates for this course are set and can’t be amended.

*The last 20 minutes of each class is for tidying and cleaning your wheel/workstation.

All materials and firings are included in the class fee, we supply aprons but please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty!

Cancellations

You have 14 days from booking this course in which to cancel and receive a full refund, if you have booked last minute and there are less than 14 days before the date of the class no refund of exchange will be offered, but you can transfer the booking to a person of your choice to take your place.
