8-Week Advanced Beginners Ceramics Course : Thursday Afternoons

Over eight weekly classes you will improve your throwing, trimming, decorating & glazing.

In this Advanced Beginners course you will improve all the skills learnt during the beginners course, tips and tricks to further improve your throwing, trimming and decorating. You'll learn how to use less clay, how to make the same shape multiple times, throw on the hump, recycle your clay, attach handles or spouts to your vessels and more!

This course will be held every Thursday afternoon from 3pm - 5.20pm. All class dates for this course are set and can’t be amended.

5th June : 15:00 - 17:20

12th June : 15:00 - 17:20

19th June : 15:00 - 17:20

26th June : 15:00 - 17:20

3rd July : 15:00 - 17:20

10th July : 15:00 - 17:20

17th July : 15:00 - 17:20

24th July : 15:00 - 17:20

*The last 20 minutes of each class is for tidying and cleaning your wheel/workstation.

All materials and firings are included in the class fee, we supply aprons but please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty!

You have to have completed one of our '8-Week Beginners Courses' to join this advanced beginners course. This course is suitable for ages 14+ and it will be a small group of 4 people, we will let you know with as much notice in advance of any changes to the date or time of any of the classes.

Cancellations

You have 14 days from booking this course in which to cancel and receive a full refund, if you have booked last minute and there are less than 14 days before the date of the class no refund of exchange will be offered, but you can transfer the booking to a person of your choice to take your place.
