4-Week All Level Throwing Skills : Wednesday Afternoons *SOLD OUT*

This specialised Throwing Course is designed for those with a bit of experience on the wheel who want to focus solely on improving their throwing skills. Over four hands-on sessions, you’ll develop your skills on the wheel, learn how to use less clay, throw higher and learn how to correct a wobbly pot!

As this is an all level course, these classes will not follow a specific structure. You will instead have the opportunity to have focused instruction on areas you would like to target personally.

This is a skills-improvement course focussed on mastering throwing techniques, with an emphasis on quality over quantity, rather than producing a large number of finished pieces.

This course will be held every Wednesday afternoon from 2pm - 4.20pm. All class dates for this course are set and can’t be amended.

20th November : 14:00-16:20

27th November : 14:00-16:20

4th December : 14:00-16:20

11th December : 14:00-16:20

*The last 20 minutes of each class is for tidying and cleaning your wheel/workstation.

All materials and firings are included in the course fee, we supply aprons but please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty!

This course is suitable for ages 14+ and for a small group of four people. We will let you know with as much notice in advance of any changes to the date or time of any of the classes. You have to have completed an 8 week beginner course to join this all levels course. Please note, the pottery made during this course will be ready to collect from the 18th of December.

Cancellations

You have 14 days from the time of booking to cancel or exchange your spot for a full refund. If you book within 14 days of the start date, no refund or exchange is available, but you can transfer your place to someone else.
