Skate with the Girls: Female-Led Workshop

WHAT TO EXPECT
11 AM - Arrival & Welcome: Meet your hosts, an intro to your coaches Bella & Abi.
11:15 AM – Mindfulness & Grounding:
We’ll start off with a short session to help you relax, build confidence, and get in the right headspace before hitting the bowl. This is all about letting go of tension and feeling grounded—perfect for skaters of any level.
12:00 AM – Open Skate with Bella Warley from Skate GB
Roll with Bella Warley from Skate GB in this open skate session. It’s all about having fun, trying new things, and pushing yourself. Bella will be around to offer tips and support while you work on your skills in the bowl.
1:30 PM – Lunch
Take a break with some tasty food from Outside and join us for a laid-back chat about being a female skater. We’ll talk about what it’s like skating in male-dominated spaces, the challenges we face, and how to keep showing up. We’ll also discuss how your cycle can affect your flow and the teen skate experience.
2:30 PM – Afternoon Skate Session
Session for skaters to connect, practice, and build confidence in a supportive space. Whether you’re just getting started or already feeling comfortable on the board, this is your chance to learn and grow with the help of some great mentors.
4:00 PM – Skate Jam - Female Inspiration
The best part of the day! A skate jam celebrating female talent, where skaters of all levels are invited to show off their style in the bowl.
Only 12 spaces available, for ages 12+ only.
